John brings a rich mix of Business Development, Operations, Accounting, Finance and Information Systems experience from building multi-million dollar organizations. Over 20 years of diverse experience from start-up to work out, turnaround and rapid growth - resolving long-standing challenges and creating solutions that improve operational efficiency. He leverages expert analysis and insights to promulgate a lean approach and team empowerment that drives organizational improvements and instills best practices. He's objective and progressive with dynamic leadership and business acumen to produce extraordinary results.
John has over 20 years experience within the construction, finance, service and manufacturing industries. He has worked extensively with small to mid-sized corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies being responsible for all aspects of their operations including business formation, controller services, tax planning and preparation, general accounting, accounting systems installation and support and payroll tax compliance. John has also worked closely with individual clients addressing their tax planning and preparation needs.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from Southeast Missouri State University with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Information Systems. He relocated to Chicago where he held his Series 7, 16, 63 Financial Services licenses for a period of 3 years while employed with an International Securities Brokerage Firm. He later moved to Clearwater, Florida where he developed a start-up manufacturing firm which grew to over $12 million in gross sales revenues in as little as 5 years. John later became the Global Manager of Financial and Operational Reporting for a privately held multi-faceted International Investment Banking Firm located in Tampa, Florida. John
also obtained his contractors license and was very successful with a start-up construction site contracting business specializing in multi-million dollar apartment complex to condo conversions. He also holds a Diploma of Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology.
